...I am in the Chicago airport walking through the identity checkpoint. I turn the corner and see a man lying on his left side of his body. He is shaking and convulsing on the hard white floor. His legs and arms are stiff, pressed hard against the sides of his body. His face is white like chalk- dead stare. His body is present but not his mind, not his Spirit. You can tell he is not there in his glassy, wide eyes. People yell for medical help, others just stop and stare. I feel helpless. I know he is suffering at this exact moment. I send him a prayer and ask God to be with him. Hope Spirit is with the medical staff to help and care for him. My stomach hurts.
